Refund Policy

At Blissful Balance Massage, we strive to provide every client with exceptional care and service. Because our therapists reserve time specifically for you, we have the following refund policy in place:

• Services: Payments for completed services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your session, please let us know during your appointment so we can make adjustments whenever possible.

• Prepaid Packages & Gift Cards: All sales are final. Packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable, but they do not expire unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, no fee will apply. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged the full session amount. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments.

• Retail Products: Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

• Special Considerations: Exceptions may be made in cases of medical emergencies or other circumstances at management’s discretion.
