Welcome to Blissful Balance Massage. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance through our online system, by phone, or in person.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept credit card, debit card, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
Gift cards and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to the session.
Massage services are not a substitute for medical treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if a client’s condition may pose a risk to their health or to the therapist.

4. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
Any inappropriate or unlawful conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may lead to refusal of future services.

5. Liability

Blissful Balance Massage and its therapists are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our services, except where prohibited by law.
By receiving services, you acknowledge that massage therapy carries some inherent risk and agree to release us from liability within the limits of applicable law.
