Brazilian Lymphatic

A rhythmic, sculpting technique designed to encourage lymphatic flow, reduce temporary fluid retention, and leave you feeling lighter and refreshed.

Brazilian Lymphatic Massage Aftercare

Brazilian lymphatic massage uses rhythmic, flowing techniques intended to encourage lymphatic movement and leave you feeling refreshed and lighter. Supporting your body after your appointment can help you transition back into your day feeling your best.

Immediately After Your Treatment

-Drink water following your appointment.
-Give yourself a little time to relax and notice how your body feels.
-Gentle movement, such as an easy walk, may feel good if it is comfortable for you.
-Avoid immediately following your treatment with intense physical activity if you feel tired or sensitive.

For the Rest of the Day
You may feel relaxed, refreshed, or lighter following your treatment. Some people also notice increased urination or temporary changes in how their body feels.

For the remainder of the day:

-Stay hydrated.
-Choose gentle movement if it feels good.
-Listen to your body's energy levels and rest when needed.
-Avoid excessive pressure or additional intensive bodywork immediately after your appointment.
-Continue your normal meals and routine unless your healthcare provider has advised otherwise.

What You May Notice
Responses vary from person to person. You may notice:

-A relaxed or refreshed feeling.
-Temporary changes in how your body feels.
-A feeling of reduced puffiness or fluid retention.
-Increased urination.
-Mild tenderness in areas that received more focused work.
-Not everyone will experience the same effects, and results can vary from appointment to appointment.

Getting the Most From Your Treatment
Your lymphatic system is part of your body's natural processes, so there is no need to force or overdo things after your appointment.

Simple supportive habits include:

-Staying adequately hydrated.
-Incorporating comfortable, regular movement into your routine.
-Getting adequate rest.
-Paying attention to how your body feels.

When to Reach Out
If you experience significant, persistent, or worsening pain, unusual swelling, difficulty breathing, or another symptom that concerns you, seek appropriate medical advice.

Massage is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a medical condition or are under the care of a healthcare provider, follow their recommendations regarding massage and activity.

Aftercare Reminder
